One lucky day I came across an improvisational theater course taught by La Mama’s Don Julian. I became a charter member of his repertory theater company where I cut my teeth on his experimental approach to the classics. I landed in the downtown Off-Off Broadway scene where I worked with some fascinating actors like John Turturro,  Alison Janny and Eric Bogosian. Eventually I infiltrated the New York TV and film world with tough broad roles on indies and NY cop shows opposite Edie Falco, Jerry Orbach, Chris Noth, John Ventimiglia and Richard Belzer. Great fun.
